What is the best way to contact HollyHR? +

Use the form on this page for product, pricing, migration, partnership, press, security, privacy or general enquiries. You can also email info@hollyhr.com. Existing customers should email support@hollyhr.com from the address linked to their HollyHR account so the team can route the case correctly.

Can I book a HollyHR product demo? +

You can request a focused walkthrough from the demo page. Tell us your approximate team size, current setup and one workflow you want to test. We coordinate the useful next step by email rather than putting an instant calendar in front of every visitor.

Do I need to speak to sales before joining early access? +

No. HollyHR is not demo-gated. Public pricing and shipped feature boundaries are available on the site, and you can join early access directly if a call would not add anything.

Where should existing HollyHR customers get help? +

Email support@hollyhr.com from the address linked to your HollyHR account. Include a short description of the affected workflow, but avoid employee records, credentials or other sensitive data in the first message.

How do I report a security or privacy concern? +

Use the security or privacy topic in the form, or email info@hollyhr.com with a clear subject. Share only the minimum detail needed to identify the issue. Do not send passwords, magic links, API keys, employee records or exploit payloads through this public form.

Can I send employee data or an HR export with my message? +

No. Do not send employee records, health information, bank, payroll, tax or identity data, HR exports, passwords, magic links, API keys or attachments through the public contact form or first support email. The support team will agree a suitable secure next step if one is needed.

Will contacting HollyHR add me to marketing emails? +

No. A contact or walkthrough request is handled as correspondence and does not add you to the early-access or product-updates list. Those choices are separate and explicit.
