How do I request a HollyHR walkthrough? +

Use the form at the top of this page or email info@hollyhr.com. Tell us your approximate team size, what you use now and the one workflow you most want to improve. We reply by email to coordinate the useful next step; there is no instant booking calendar today.

How long does a HollyHR walkthrough take? +

A focused walkthrough usually takes 30 minutes and covers two or three areas well. A migration, security or integration discussion may need a separate follow-up rather than squeezing vague answers into the same call.

Will I see the working product? +

Yes. We show the relevant workflow in HollyHR using synthetic people data. If something is not shipped, we show or explain the boundary instead of presenting roadmap work as available.

What should I prepare? +

Bring your approximate active headcount, the system or spreadsheet you use now and one awkward case such as part-time leave, a starter, document access or a clean exit path. Please do not send employee records or sensitive HR data.

Can HollyHR show a migration from our current setup? +

We can show the shipped employee importer for spreadsheets, CSV or XLSX files and BreatheHR employee exports, including field mapping and preview. Any hands-on migration help is agreed separately; it is not an unlimited concierge promise.

Do I need a walkthrough before joining early access? +

No. HollyHR is not demo-gated. If the core product and public pricing already answer your questions, you can join early access without a call.

Is there a recorded HollyHR demo? +

Not yet. Current walkthroughs are live and shaped around the team's actual setup. When an on-demand tour is available, it should remain ungated rather than becoming another form to complete.

What does HollyHR not include today? +

HollyHR is not payroll calculation, RTI or payslip software, and it is not an HR or legal advice service. Rota and time tracking, recruitment, expenses, performance and learning are not sold as shipped modules today.
